Cyanotic congenital heart disease

a. As a mnemonic, remember the 6 T's: Transposition of the great arteries (most common neonatal cyanotic congenital heart defect), hypoplastic left heart syndrome (Trichamber), Tetralogy of Fallot (most common cyanotic congenital heart defect in children), Truncus arteriosus, Tricuspid atresia, Total anomalous pulmonary venous connection.

b. Atrioventricular canal defect, Ebstein malformation of the tricuspid valve, critical pulmonary stenosis, pulmonary atresia, Eisenmenger syndrome.
