PHILLIP M. BOISELLE is Assistant Professor of Radiology at Harvard Medical School, Boston, Massachusetts, and Director of Thoracic Imaging at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston, Massachusetts. The author, coauthor, editor, or coeditor of numerous journal articles, book chapters, and books, he is a Fellow of the America College of Chest Physicians and a member of the Radiologic Society of North America and the Society of Thoracic Radiology, among others. Dr. Boiselle received the B.A. degree (1986) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and the M.D. degree (1990) from Duke University School of Medicine, Durham, North Carolina.
CHARLES S. WHITE is Vice-Chair of Clinical Affairs, Director of Thoracic Imaging, and Professor of Radiology at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, Baltimore. The author, coauthor, editor, or coeditor of numerous journal articles, book chapters, and books, he is a member of the Radiological Society of North America, the American Roentgen Ray Society, and the Society of Thoracic Radiology. Dr. White received the M.D. degree (1984) from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
